How we work
From shelf analysis to finished series
We manage the packaging project from the brief to production implementation – including prototyping and validation before the full run.
Step 01
Briefing and shelf analysis
We start with the product, the channel, and the competition on the shelf. We determine the format, weight, and display requirements.
Step 02
Design and prototype
We select the structure, material, and graphics. We prepare a prototype for evaluation on the shelf and in transport.
Step 03
Testing and compliance
We check the durability and tightness of the packaging as well as compliance with standards. Labelling for the target market.
Step 04
Production and deployment
We are launching a short run, and after validation, full production with delivery to 14 CEE markets.
