Semi-hard cheese made of the highest quality goat's milk. It has a fully natural, mild but distinctive aroma. The ripening process takes a minimum of 4 weeks, and contributes to the cheese aroma.
A firm texture leave a distinctive, deep flavour. It has a beautiful milky white colour and the characteristic flavour of goat’s milk. Rich in nutritional value, including protein. An excellent choice with crusty fresh bread or as part of a cheese platter. A light, dry white wine or dry apple cider can enhance its distinctive flavour. Wrapping in a durable film ensures fresh for a long time.
