Maison Rosalie Brie is a soft cow milk cheese with a white mould. It has a milky and creamy flavour and a mushroom aroma.
The outside is covered with a white mould coating, while the centre hides a butter-coloured cheese. It blends perfectly into French cuisine and complements any cheese platter. Tastes best when served with red wine.
